March 31 2011 Training Summary Sheet


Did a new FTP test March 27, 2011 = 228 Watts

This winter during weight training I picked up a few nagging injuries:
-hurt left shoulder doing shoulder press
-slight left groin pull during squats
-hurt left instep doing plyometrics
-hurt right and left elbow doing power cleans ( possibly tendinitis??)
-hurt right hamstring doing lunges

These are not significant injuries, just minor annoyances which are signaling that the body is getting old and creaky and not recovering quickly enough.
