9 4 2010 Kissena Motor pace - leg speed workout

Interval 1 = 10 lap motorpace in 48x16 = 81" gear
Interval 2 = 10 lap motorpace in 48x16 = 81" gear

Went to the Gym in the morning, did some prehab stretching and strength work with the physioball, some upper body weight work, dead lifts, power cleans and 100 (10 sets of 10) plyometric jumps. In the afternoon I headed over to the track to do some motor pacing in a small gear to work on leg speed 2 sets of 10 lap intervals. Twenty lap warm up and twenty lap warm down. Thanks to Lance Woodbury and his scooter, we are able to motor pace.
